Once you have placed your order, we would send you an email requesting for your arrival,departure and hotel details so that we can arrange the delivery of your phone.

Maximum number of days: Your rental allows you to have the phone for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days, you would be charged a rental fee of £1.99 per extra hire Week.

A refundable deposit of £80 has been added. The deposit is only levied to provide a degree of

insurance against theft/loss/damage of equipment and fraudulent use.

How the phone rental system works

• You select the payment package you are interested in (All cost would be added/included and appear once you get to the checkout)
• Pay for the package via the chosen payment method
• A confirmation email would b sent to you
• You would be contacted with details and confirmation of your order
• Your phone would be delivered to the reception of the hotel you are staying at in London.
• At the end of your lease, you can package the phone, and reserve it for us at the reception of your hotel before you depart to the airport or your destination.

How do I get my phone
